Solid dispatch communication in one place. I use the in app messages to confirm details and it keeps the conversation tied to the assignment. Most of the time it is quick, but notifications can be easy to miss if my phone is busy. Once I adjusted my notification settings it was better. I still wish the alert sound was more noticeable.

Frustrating when the GPS acts up. I had several trips where my location did not refresh for long stretches, even with good signal. Dispatch thought I was still at the last stop and kept asking about it. I tried closing and reopening the app and it helped sometimes, but not always. If the tracking was more consistent, I could live with the rest.

Not happy with the proof of delivery flow. We had drivers submit POD and it did not always show up where I expected, so I was left second guessing if it went through. The steps are not very clear, and I had to recheck multiple times. I am not super technical, so maybe I missed something, but it felt confusing. I would not call it dependable yet.

Really frustrating to use on my phone. I kept getting stuck trying to record pickup and delivery events, and it would not always take my input. When I finally got to the signature screen it felt laggy. I do not trust it in the field right now. I ended up writing notes separately just in case.

Really frustrating to get running. I tried to set up the customer portal for order entry and it kept behaving differently than what the help docs implied. We also had random hiccups with tracking links not showing what I expected, which made me nervous to send them out. Support replies felt slow when I needed answers the same day. After a couple weeks, I still did not feel confident using it with customers.

Decent tracking, but not perfect. I like being able to see my movement recorded because it matches what actually happened on the road most of the time. A few times it seemed a little behind where I was, which made me second guess it. I am fine with the basics, but I wish the real time part felt more consistent. Overall it works, just with some hiccups.

Honestly, the route planning got in my way. I tried setting up a multi stop run and it kept suggesting an order that did not match how we actually deliver. I adjusted it, but the next day it still wanted to reorder things again. I do not mind learning new software, but this felt stubborn. I ended up ignoring the route part and just using it for the rest.

Decent app, but not totally consistent. I like having the freight photos tied to the shipment so I can reference them later. The dimension capture is good most days, but I have had a few scans that looked off and made me double check by hand. I am comfortable with tech, so I worked around it, but it should be steadier. If that reliability improves, I would feel better leaning on it daily.

Frustrating sync behavior on my phone. I would finish an inspection and then it would sit waiting to upload with no clear message. I prefer when an app tells me exactly what is happening, and this one felt vague. The dashboard visibility is fine when it finally updates, but getting there was annoying. I stopped relying on it for time sensitive check ins.

Decent visibility, rough workflows. I like being able to see shipment status in one place when data is coming in clean. But when an exception hits, the steps to sort it out feel clunky and I end up clicking around too much. I also had a few alerts that did not match what our carrier sent. It is workable, just not smooth yet.
