Really frustrating to use on my phone. I kept getting stuck trying to record pickup and delivery events, and it would not always take my input. When I finally got to the signature screen it felt laggy. I do not trust it in the field right now. I ended up writing notes separately just in case.
Decent, but not always smooth. I like the signature capture, but I have had the app lag when I am trying to update delivery status.
Really clean event tracking in the field. I rely on the timestamped pickup and delivery entries because they match what actually happened when I am on site. The signature capture has been consistent for me, even on longer days with a lot of stops. Photo capture is also straightforward, and I can attach what I need without digging through menus. My only gripe is the UI feels a little plain, but it is functional.
