Frustrating exception handling experience. I tried to manage a few in transit issues and the status did not always reflect what was happening on the move. I found myself double checking because the updates felt behind. When I did see an alert, it was not clear what action it wanted from me. I am not confident using it during high stress moments. It is fine when everything is normal, but it let me down when things got messy.

We tried using the driver check in flow at a couple warehouses and it was inconsistent, with status updates not matching what the gate staff told us. I am not super technical, but it felt like screens were laggy and sometimes did not refresh when our appointment changed. When that happens, I end up asking the guard anyway, which defeats the point for us. I wanted clearer, more reliable updates during the visit, not mixed signals.
Pretty useful, but a bit finicky. I like how the job details update in real time so I am not guessing what changed. The built in navigation usually gets me there, but it occasionally picks a route that does not match what I would take. Proof of delivery is handy, though the capture step feels a little clunky when I am moving fast. Overall it works, just not as smooth as I expected.
Not happy with the navigation at all. I followed the turn-by-turn a few times and it sent me to the wrong side of the address. I had to circle the block and it kept trying to reroute me back. I know GPS can be messy, but this happened more than once. I ended up double checking everything in another map app.
Decent navigation, but not always intuitive. I like having the stop directions right in the same place as the task so I am not jumping around. That said, the routing is not always what I would choose, especially in busy areas. I still double check before I roll. It works, but I do not fully trust it every time.
Not happy with the GPS tracking consistency. On a few runs, I saw driver locations jump around or update late, which made me second-guess what I was looking at. The rest of the dashboard looked fine, but I kept coming back to that map view and feeling unsure. I also had to recheck statuses because they did not always match what the driver told me. It might be better with stronger cell coverage, but for us it was frustrating.
Nice and focused job board. I used it mainly to find positions that matched my experience level, and it did a good job keeping the listings in that lane. The search is simple enough, and I did not feel overwhelmed. I wish the location matching was a little tighter in a few searches, but it was still workable. Overall, I keep coming back when I am checking what is out there.
Decent listings, but a bit hit or miss. I found a few jobs that looked legit and had clear details. Still, I had to dig through a lot that did not fit my preferences. The filtering felt limited for narrowing down exactly what I wanted. I would use it again, just not as my only place to look.
Not impressed with the job postings. I went in expecting current, clear driving job ads, but too many were missing key details. I spent time opening listings that did not tell me enough to judge fit. The search results also felt cluttered even when I tried to narrow it down. I would not use it again unless the listings are kept more accurate. Overall it left me irritated.
Comforting help during authority setup. I was nervous about missing a requirement, and they patiently clarified what each registration meant and why it mattered. The staff sounded experienced and did not rush me on the phone. I did have to resend one form because I filled it out wrong, which was on me, but they caught it quickly. Overall I felt supported through a confusing process.
