Frustrating exception handling experience. I tried to manage a few in transit issues and the status did not always reflect what was happening on the move. I found myself double checking because the updates felt behind. When I did see an alert, it was not clear what action it wanted from me. I am not confident using it during high stress moments. It is fine when everything is normal, but it let me down when things got messy.
