Not happy with the GPS tracking consistency. On a few runs, I saw driver locations jump around or update late, which made me second-guess what I was looking at. The rest of the dashboard looked fine, but I kept coming back to that map view and feeling unsure. I also had to recheck statuses because they did not always match what the driver told me. It might be better with stronger cell coverage, but for us it was frustrating.
Honestly, the driver tracking is nice. I can pull it up and get a quick sense of where everyone is without digging around. Only gripe is it takes a little time to get used to the layout.
Frustrating notifications for customers. We tried using the proactive updates, but the message timing did not line up with what was happening in the field. I had to babysit it more than I expected, and that defeated the point for us.
