Comforting help during authority setup. I was nervous about missing a requirement, and they patiently clarified what each registration meant and why it mattered. The staff sounded experienced and did not rush me on the phone. I did have to resend one form because I filled it out wrong, which was on me, but they caught it quickly. Overall I felt supported through a confusing process.
