Pretty solid help with IFTA and IRP filings. I am not super techy, but I could follow what they needed from me and the reminders made sense. I wish the turnaround on a couple questions was a little faster, but it was still good.
Nice support for drug and alcohol stuff. I was confuse at first, but they walked me thru what paperwork I needed and what to do next. A few emails felt a bit too official, but I got it.
Super smooth DOT authority setup. I like that I could handle most of it online and just ping them when I hit a weird FMCSA question. Only nit is the terminology can get dense if you do not live in compliance stuff.
