This has been a frustrating experience for us. I kept missing updates because the notifications were inconsistent on my end. When I tried to change an appointment request, the status did not refresh right away and we were left guessing. The visibility sounded good, but what I saw did not match what the dock was doing. I also found the workflow confusing, so our drivers ended up calling anyway.
Super handy for keeping me in the loop. I can check whats going on with our inbound stops without bugging the warehouse all day, just wish the screen was a bit less busy somtimes.
Nice and simple for booking times. I do wish it was a little clearer where to click at first, but once I got it, it was fine.
