Decent reporting, but it takes patience. I use the reports to check driver activity and it is generally accurate. The downside is finding the right report feels buried, and I have to click around more than I want. Once I save a view it is easier, but the first setup was confusing. I wish the report filters were more straightforward.
Decent tracking, but not always clear. I can see the vehicles in real time, which I like, yet the map view feels a little clutterd to me. I wish it was simpler to read.
Alerts got annoying fast. I turned on a few notifications and then we started getting way too many pings that did not match what I was seeing on the map. I spent more time tweaking settings than using it.
Not happy with the app. I tried to use it on my phone and it kept logging me out, so I gave up. I just need it to stay signed in.
