Frustrating to follow delivery status changes. I check shipment status often, and the updates did not always match what I expected to see in the moment. The end to end view exists, but the steps feel unclear when an order moves from one stage to the next. I also found myself reloading to confirm whether anything had updated. For me, the visibility was not dependable enough.
