Good experience overall. I'd like a little more detail in some of the tracking updates, especially when something is running behind. But whenever I've asked a question I've gotten an actual answer instead of “checking with driver” for the next 45 minutes lol.

I'm torn after 18 years on the road they can be lifesavers for airport nightmares, but their cross-border drayage has been flaky (two late pickups) so sometimes they fix you and other times they cost you hours, reallly mixed.
Last Tuesday the Verst app dropped my route mid-stop and rerouted me back to a DC I'd just left - lost an hour and had to call dispatch. Been runnin' trucks in the Southeast 18 yrs; I like the quick POD uplods and simple pickup notes, but the app still freezes, barcode scans timeout and the retry loop is maddening, cust support patched it fast once but I'm torn - 3/5.
I've used Coyote for 8 years. When a broker cancelled a Friday-night run they rebooked me another pickup inside an hour and their live trakcing kept the reciever from blowing up my phone - really reliable when it mattered, pay could be steadier tho.
Used them for 18 months. When a holiday promo hit they missed cutoffs and left pallets sitting for days - coust me a week of sales, dozens of chargebacks and a mountain of overtime to clean up, billing still full of errors I havent gotten straight; not reliable when it mattered.
They showed up when others bailed - Yusen's dispatcher rerouted a trailer for an emergency export in the Southeast and the load still left on time. Paperwork was a pain and i had to chase the invoice, but the on-time pickup saved my week so 4 stars.
...booked a rush ocean pallet and their agent misplaced the export docuements - container left without our pallet, I ate a $1,200 detention fee and a very pissed customer; after 18 years on the road this was ridiculous. Tried calling all day, voicemail and silence, not calling them back.
Bottom line: Redwood Logistics wasn't close to the broker I used before - RedwoodConnect kept dropping pickups and the human side was MIA, which left me sitting on a stubborn load for two extra days. Cost me about $350 in deadhead/detention and their paymetns took three weeks instead of the usual 7 days, so I'm done with them.
18 years runnin' a one-truck outfit in the Southeast and after switching brokers more times than I can count, I tried Priority1 and it cut my booking headaches way down. Their cloud TMS gave instant quotes and live tracking so I could book and roll - night and day from the old broker who kept me on hold, realy made me smile.
Hated that their PEAK tracking showed 'in transit' while the truck satt at the dock - cost me about $650 in detention compared to my old broker who would've had it moving same day. Customer service kept passing me to different reps and the promised expedited pickup never happend, this switch cost me time and money.
Bottom line: Kenco's warehouse tech and dashboards are slick, but for day-to-day hauling they felt heavier and costlier than my last 3PL. I run a small owner-op in the Southeast - 18 years on the road - and while the scans and automation actually cut errors, the extra paperwork, slow phone replies and surprise accessorials made turnarounds worse; definately mixed feelings.
