…the app actually gives legit live ETAs - been running routes thru the southeast and it's cut my wait times big time. i'm an owner-operator and the quick POD photo upload saved me a billing fight last month, tho the keyboard jumps sometimes.

…the FedEx Logistics app's photo-POD upload is crazy fast - snap, attach, send and the stop's closed in under 30 seconds, saved me reall time. After 18 years on the road in the Southeast I ditched the extra tablet; routing and POD flow keep me movin even when signal's spotty, map has a tiny blip sometimes but still solid.

Used them for 4 years. After 18 years on the road in the Southeast, I've had reps who actually fixed things same day and others who go silent for days - ther resposne is wildly inconsistent, so I'm torn between sticking with them when they do pull through and wanting someone who won't make me chase the same issue three times.

Overpriced - paid nearly $600 in surprise accessorials for a short dray and it wasn't worth a dime. Been an owner-operator 18 yrs in the Southeast and their expedited service didnt save me time or money, cs just shrugged and I lost a full load's profit.

Kinda like their support is there when the load's simple, but when something goes wrong it's a toss-up who actually answers. After 18 years on the road I expect quicker callbacks and clearer follow-up - some reps go above and beyond and save my day, others vanish or give canned replies and I end up chasing updates for hours, so I'm torn on them; respone times need real improvement tho.

Owner-operator, 18 years in the Southeast. Their mobile app is trash - GPS never updates, notifcations dont come, and it logs me out mid-entry so I had to call twice and missed a delivery window which cost me a 4hr delay and a $150 detention fee, pretty maddening.

When a refrigerated load got reconsigned in Atlanta and sat on the dock for 12 hours last Thursday, Werner's dispatch couldn't give a straight answer and the tracking showed me "in transit" the whole time. My old broker rerouted me within 2 hours and covered detention so I kept earning - with Werner I lost a full day pay, burned extra fuel, and their invoicing is a nitemare, still waitin on PODs and refunds.

Showed up late on two runs last month, but their load tracking kept my disptacher way calmer than I was. After 18 yrs running local hauls down here in the SE I'm torn - the app helps a lot, but when they ghost a pickup it still costs me, so 3 stars.

Used Maersk for 2 years. Compared to the small local broker we ran with before their tracking portal actually shows realtime container positions which cut the phone tag in half and made booking less of a pain - customs was cleaner too, but drayge still has the occasional hicups.

Used AIT for about 4 years. Customer service is maddeningly inconsistent - one rep once bent over backwards to get a customs hold lifted and saved my week, but more often emails go unanswered, phone calls drop into a never-ending queue and followups never arrive; cant count on them when a load is tight, which after 18 years on the road leaves me genuinely torn.

jumped in on a whim, set up EchoShip and had a paying load by Monay - rep pushed my packet through and I didn't have to chase a million emails. After 18 yrs runnin' solo in the Southeast that kind of quick onboarding is rare, so I'm stickin' with 'em.
