Real-time load updates are what sold me - when a lane pops up it's there in seconds and I grabbed three decent runs last week that wouldnt have showed on other boards. Only gripe is the occasional dup listing that clutters the feed, but it still saved me time and cash, realy solid for an owner-operator with 18 yrs in the Southeast.

Bottom line: the pay-rate filter is useless. I spent three hours chasing “high pay” loads that either dropped the rate or were miles away because the map pins and loaction data are wrong - after 18 years on the road I lost a hot run and burned fuel for a 250-mile deadhead, support sent a generic reply hours later and it cost me a week's pay, frustating.
Bottom line: the driver messaging feature is useless - messages show as delivered but drivers never get them. Blew a 2hr pickup window and ate a $300 detentnion last week; after 18 years hauling in the Southeast I don't trust Ninja Dispatch to actually communicate with my drivers.
App crashed mid-route when I was trying to upload a POD - that freeze cost me a $250 late fee and an angry broker call.
