Hated the onboarding - getting CargoWise up and running was a total nightmare. After 18 years running my own trucks in the Southeast, their setup ate three weeks, data migraion scrambled invoices and support responded like molasses, cost me days of billings and a pissed-off broker.

I've used Infor for about three years. I'm an owner-operator with 18 years in the Southeast and the suport has been maddeningly mixed - one tech once fixed a routing bug in under an hour, another time I waited two weeks for a respone and the portal felt like shouting into a void, so I'm torn whether it's worth the premium.
18 years I've used Trimble and yesterday their dispatch glitched - screen showed a Jacksonville pickup but gps routed my driver to the wrong terminal and we sat 4 hours, cost me about $850 in detention and a pissed broker. Supoort was on chat for 3 hours then closed the ticket and the invoicing bot auto-closed the load so I wasnt paid on time; been chasing payment for 10 days as an owner-operator in the Southeast, what a cluster.
...and for what? I paid $300/month plus per-load fees and it ate my margins - after 18 years running my own truck in the Southeast the “smart” features didn’t save time and suppprt kept billing me extra, overprced and not worth it.
Last Tuesday the dock schedue vanished an hour before a noon pickup and I sat on the lot waiting. After nearly two decades on the road, Descartes usually gives decent visibilty and carrier updates, but that lag cost me a slot - sometimes it works when you need it, sometimes it's flaky, so I'm realy torn.
Bottom line: probably not worth it for a solo guy - awesome feature set but the price makes me wince. After 18 years on the road in the Southeast I did shave a few hours off paperwork, but the sticker-shock, seat licensing and surprise add-ons mean I'm definately on the fence about paying that much long-term.
Hated the routing - compared to the old Waze + our in-house batching it sent me on longer turns and added about 10–15 extra miles every shift. After 18 years driving in the Southeast the app kept crashng and faild to upload POD photos twice this week, cost me a crate and two late drops, had to reboot, call dispatch and fill out paper logs the old way - time and fuel just wasted.
18 years hauling in the Southeast and last Tuesday HelloTracks' timestamped proof of delivery photo + live GPS saved me from a $700 chargeback - custmer swore they never got it but the pic with coords and time shut that down in 10 minutes. App's not perfect (sync hiccup), but that POD reciept paid for itself, I actually slept that night, thx.
Owner-operator with 18 years running Southeast lanes - needed help late Friday when a broker flip-flopped a pickup and the load vanished from my board. Support popped up fast on chat but went from confident to clueless across three reps, took forevver to resolve before one person finally sorted it; helpful when they care but maddningly inconsistent, so I'm torn about leaning on LoadStop again.
Used it for 9 months and it definitly cost me more in fuel than the old paper routes - Circuit kept shuffling stops into inefficient orders and its ETAs were off so I missed paid time-windows; after 18 years driving the Southeast I could've planned better by hand. Frustrating reroutes and wrong arrival times cost me customers and about $50-100 a day, not worth the subscription.
