Only gripe: the in-app search can be sluggish on big manifests and push notifications sometimes arrive late. Still, the time saved getting PODs straight to billing and customer service makes it worth using every day.
Had a day when half our lanes got scrambled and Descartes didn’t choke. With forty trucks on my board the timely ETAs and quick carrier confirmations saved me hours of frantic calling, so it gets a four from me.
