Only gripe: the in-app search can be sluggish on big manifests and push notifications sometimes arrive late. Still, the time saved getting PODs straight to billing and customer service makes it worth using every day.

Liked that the support folks actually pick up and try to help - you can tell a rep cares when they dig into a delivery ticket instead of reading a script. After six years driving Midwest lanes, I'm picky about follow-up, and here it's hit-or-miss: one rep rerouted a load same afternoon, another closed my ticket without fixing the EDI issue. Friendly people and a helpful platform, but the inconsistent follow-through makes me uneasy.
