Customer service is maddeningly inconsistent - one rep once bent over backwards to get a customs hold lifted and saved my week, but more often emails go unanswered, phone calls drop into a never-ending queue and followups never arrive; cant count on them when a load is tight, which after 18 years on the road leaves me genuinely torn.
