Good experience overall. I'd like a little more detail in some of the tracking updates, especially when something is running behind. But whenever I've asked a question I've gotten an actual answer instead of “checking with driver” for the next 45 minutes lol.
Quick onboarding was the thing that sold me, account setup and carrier approval happened in under 48 hours. They even walked me through ELD pairing with a single rep on the line until my two-truck Midwest outfit (15 years on the road) was actually moving, which felt almost shockingly simple.
Three years using Vics Forever and when a load would’ve otherwise missed the window, they showed up. Called at 2 a.m. about a parts run, driver rolling two hours later with live tracking; that kept my three-truck outfit from eating a big chargeback.
