For our team, that keeps the shipping step consistent from order to order. I did have to tweak a few defaults to match how we pack, but it was manageable. Once it is dialed in, I rarely think about it.
Good data, frustrating setup steps. I like the idea of rugged sensors feeding continuous updates, and the condition readings looked accurate. Getting everything paired and behaving consistently took longer than I expected. We also had a few hiccups with gateways staying connected early on. Once it settled, daily monitoring was fine, but the onboarding was rough.
Really impressed with the visibility. I like being able to check trailer status in one place without guessing. The health diagnostics have been consistent for us and the alerts are clear when something looks off. I also appreciate that the location view feels truly live most of the time. My only nit is the dashboard takes a bit to learn if you want to customize what you see.
Pretty good visibility, but not always intuitive. I like that I can see inbound and outbound activity in near real time when it is working. However, the way statuses are labeled is not consistent across locations, so I have to double check before I dispatch. I also ran into a few moments where the view lagged behind what the warehouse told us. Once I learned the patterns it was manageable, but it should be clearer.
Useful visibility, rough sharing flow. I like the real time view of freight movement and being able to verify order status quickly. Where it falls short for me is sending live updates to different stakeholders, which feels clunky depending on who needs the info. I also ran into a couple spots where the wording was vague when an exception popped up. It is workable, just not as polished as I expected. I will keep using it, but I want cleaner update sharing.
Best part is the yard visibility view. I can pull it up and quickly understand what trucks and trailers are on site and where things stand without sorting through texts. The live status updates feel reliable, and it is easy to spot when something is stuck at the gate. I did have to spend a bit of time learning the layout, but it clicked fast. For me, that one screen is worth it.
Frustrating to normalize carrier statuses. I integrated the API and quickly noticed that different carriers report events in inconsistent ways. I had to write custom mapping logic to make our internal views coherent. Webhooks sometimes arrived in an order that did not match the carrier timeline, which made debugging annoying. It works, but I expected fewer edge cases given the marketing.
Solid visibility, but the carrier mapping is finicky. I like being able to see shipment status changes in near real time across different carriers in one place. The webhook style updates are consistent once they are flowing, and the status history looks accurate. Where I get annoyed is initial setup, because a few carriers needed extra tweaking before statuses matched what we expected. After that, daily monitoring is smooth, just not plug and play.
Reliable proof of delivery flow. I used it for photos and notes at the stop, and it stayed consistent across multiple deliveries. The screen layout is straightforward, so I am not hunting for the capture button. I do wish it gave a clearer confirmation after I submit, because I second guessed myself once. Still, the record looked correct afterward. Overall I am comfortable using it every day.
