Looks good, but the filtering annoys me. I select equipment type and lane, then I still see postings that do not fit what I set. I double check my inputs and it keeps happening on different searches. It makes me hesitate to trust the results. I can work around it, but it is irritating.

Dependable market data, with minor quirks. I use the rate comparisons and trend info before I call on a load, and it usually lines up with what I am seeing out there. The graphs and numbers are easy to dig into without feeling buried. I do wish the pricing insights refreshed a bit faster during busy times. Overall, it is the part I trust most when negotiating.
Not reliable when integrating carrier data. We saw inconsistent status mappings in the tracking feed, which created noise in our internal monitoring. I also ran into workflow automation rules triggering out of order during order changes. Support acknowledged it but the root cause explanation was thin. For a cloud tool, I expected cleaner event handling and better observability.
