Solid control over label creation in one spot. I like being able to switch carriers and generate labels without bouncing between separate screens. For our team, that keeps the shipping step consistent from order to order. I did have to tweak a few defaults to match how we pack, but it was manageable. Once it is dialed in, I rarely think about it.
Nice having one order dashboard. I can check orders and see whats going on without digging around. It took me a bit to figure out where everthing was.
Pretty smooth for making labels across carriers. I use it daily and it keeps everything in one place for our shipping. Sometimes the screens feel a bit busy, but it works.
Really handy for tracking updates. I like seeing shipment status change in real time, though the desktop-only feel can be a little limiting.
