Solid visibility, but the carrier mapping is finicky. I like being able to see shipment status changes in near real time across different carriers in one place. The webhook style updates are consistent once they are flowing, and the status history looks accurate. Where I get annoyed is initial setup, because a few carriers needed extra tweaking before statuses matched what we expected. After that, daily monitoring is smooth, just not plug and play.
