Fast syncing is the best part. I tested it during busy drops and watched updates appear almost immediately on the office side, which is what I wanted. Even when I switch between jobs, it tends to keep everything current without me forcing refreshes. I like that it feels responsive on both Android and iOS devices. One small gripe is the occasional delay when my signal is weak.

Pretty useful, but a bit finicky. I like having the dimensions and photos captured right there on the phone, because it keeps the shipment details consistent when we hand things off. The sync to the back office is decent, but I have seen it lag or fail when the connection is spotty, and then I am not sure what actually made it through. When it works, the records look clean, but I wish the sync status was clearer. Overall it is solid, just not as reliable as I want.
Impressed with the integration side overall. I like that the shipment data drops into our warehouse and transportation systems without me retyping details. The mapping took some careful work on our end, and the documentation felt a bit thin in spots. Once it was wired up, the records stayed consistent. I still keep an eye on the first scan of the day to make sure everything is posting correctly.
Really solid audit trail. I can pull up a record and see exactly when and where each inspection happened, with the media attached, and it is consistent across stops. The real time reporting is clean and makes it easy to verify what was captured without digging. We did have to fine tune how we label references so scans stay consistent, but once set it works well.
Good data, but the analytics are fussy. I like being able to drill into condition history when something seems off. The downside is the dashboards feel cluttered and it takes too many clicks to get the view I want. I also noticed a couple reports loading slowly during peak hours. If they tightened the UI, I would rate it higher.
Decent data, uneven geofence experience. I like how the location history and geospatial views line up when I need to verify a route. The geofence alerts are generally useful, but we saw a few late pings that made me double check. I also wish the alert rules had clearer wording so it is obvious what triggers what. Once I tuned the settings, it behaved better, but it took some testing.
Solid consolidation on the logistics side. We see fewer scattered shipments coming back because returns are grouped, and that makes planning less noisy. I like having one place to check the return trail instead of bouncing between threads. The only minor gripe is that the reporting views feel basic for deeper analysis. Still, it is dependable for keeping the reverse flow organized.
Really impressed with the customer notifications. I tested a few orders and the status updates stayed aligned with what I was seeing on the tracking view. The branded tracking page also matched our look without much fuss on my end. I did have to double check some wording before sharing it widely, but that is minor. Overall, I feel comfortable letting customers follow deliveries from that page.
Decent automation, but it needs polish. I set up shipping workflow rules and they do fire the way I expect once configured. The problem is figuring out why a shipment did not follow the rule is not obvious. I had to click around a lot to trace what happened. I like the idea, I just wish the logic was easier to audit.
Updates felt inconsistent day to day. I would refresh and still see an old delivery status, then later it would suddenly jump forward with no in between. I rely on accurate timestamps, and I found myself double checking with the carrier instead of trusting what I saw. Label creation was fine, but the tracking view is what I needed to trust most. For a tool focused on visibility, that gap was a deal breaker for me.
