Solid tracking, with a few quirks. I like checking the live GPS view because it is usually accurate and easy to follow. On a couple of phones we tested, the location update did not refresh until the app was reopened. I also noticed that real time progress sometimes appears a step behind for a minute or two. Once it catches up, it is fine, but I wish it were more consistent.

Proof of delivery feels solid and clean. I like being able to capture a signature or photo right at the stop and have it tied to the task without extra steps. I also used barcode scans when the drop required it, and the app handled it without weird workarounds. The flow is clear and the prompts are hard to miss. My only nit is the camera view could be a little faster to open on older phones.
Really impressed with the tracking accuracy. I can pull up a stop and the status feels current enough to trust when I am checking ETAs. The map view loads fast for me and I do not feel like I am waiting on it. I wish there were a little more control over how often updates refresh, but it has been reliable.
