Really impressed with the tracking accuracy. I can pull up a stop and the status feels current enough to trust when I am checking ETAs. The map view loads fast for me and I do not feel like I am waiting on it. I wish there were a little more control over how often updates refresh, but it has been reliable. Overall it makes it easier for me to keep an eye on active routes without digging around.
Setup was mostly painless for us. I am not super techy, but the driver phone app was easy to understand right away. The proof of delivery part is the main reason we kept it, since I can pull it up without digging. Support answered my questions, though it took a bit to get the reply back. It is a good fit, just a little confusing the first day or two.
Really clean tracking updates overall. I like being able to see where a delivery is in real time, even if the ETA is not always perfect.
