Best part is the yard visibility view. I can pull it up and quickly understand what trucks and trailers are on site and where things stand without sorting through texts. The live status updates feel reliable, and it is easy to spot when something is stuck at the gate. I did have to spend a bit of time learning the layout, but it clicked fast. For me, that one screen is worth it.
Gate process feels a lot smoother. When we pull in, I can check in and see that we are actually logged, instead of wondering if the guard wrote it down right. I am not very techy and it still made sense after a couple tries. The status notes are helpful, but a few messages look a bit too short and I wasnt sure what they meant. Overall I like having that one place to confirm we are in the system.
Really nice yard visibility. I can see whats going on with our trailer and that helps me know if we are still waiting or actually moving. Im not great with tech, but it was simple to read. Wish the labels were a little clearer somtimes.
Pretty solid for booking appointments. I like being able to grab a dock time without going back and forth with emails. We use it most weeks and it has been easy enough to follow. Only nit is some locations use it differently, so I still double check the details.
