The proof of delivery part is the main reason we kept it, since I can pull it up without digging. Support answered my questions, though it took a bit to get the reply back. It is a good fit, just a little confusing the first day or two.
Really easy to see where drivers are. I like opening the map and getting a clear view without digging through menus. The live status updates are also nice so I can tell if a stop is still pending or already done. Setting up the first few tasks took me a minute, and I clicked the wrong thing a couple times. Once it was going, it felt pretty simple to keep up with.
Nice variety of jobs to look at. I can find driver and warehouse listings in the same place, which is convienent for me. Some results dont match what I typed, so I have to scroll more. Still, I keep coming back when I am browsing for work.
Pretty helpful for job hunting. I like that I can search the listings without having to learn a bunch of new stuff. The results feel relevant when I narrow it down by where I want to run and what experience I have. I did have to click around a bit to find what I needed at first, but it was ok. Overall I was happy, just wish the search felt a little more clear somtimes.
Good variety of jobs, mostly. I was looking for fleet support roles and I did see a range of postings that fit. The pages are simple, which I apreciate since I do not like complicated sites. A few listings felt a little thin on details, so I had to guess on schedule and expectations. Still, I would check it again when I am ready to move.
Really impressed with the driver match quality. I posted and then watched the applicants come in, and most of them looked like real CDL folks, not random spam. I also like that it feels connected to a big trucking forum, so the traffic seems legit. The only downside for me is I had to click around a bit to find what I needed at first. Still, I would use it agian.
Pretty good help with the MCS-150. I am not great with online forms, so having someone walk me through what goes where was a relief. The only thing is the instructions felt a little rushed at times. Still, I got it filed and did not have to guess. I would use them agian for renewals.
Really helpful with DOT paperwork. I was nervous about the compliance stuff and they walked me through what needed to be filed and when. I liked that I could just call and ask simple questions without feeling dumb. The only thing is some of the wording in the emails was a little hard to understand at first. But overall I feel way less confuzed now.
Steady help with renewals each year. I get nervous about missing deadlines, and I like that I can ask what is due and what is not. When I sent a form, they checked it and told me what to fix, which I apreciated. One time the reply took longer than I expected, but it still got answered. Overall I feel more confident my filings are correct.
Really helpful for HazMat paperwork. I was nervous about getting the filing right, and they walked me through what I needed to send. I could actually follow along, even though I am not great with online forms. Only gripe is I wish the instructions were a bit more clear the first time. Still, I felt taken care of overall.
Pretty confusing for a small outfit. I signed up mainly for audit prep help, but the directions I got felt all over the place and I kept second guessing what to send in. When I asked a basic question, the answer came back kind of generic and didn’t match my situation. I’m not great with paperwork to begin with, so this was frusterating. Maybe it works better if you already know the DOT lingo.
