Pretty helpful for starting out. I used them mainly for my DOT and authority paperwork, and it was nice having someone explain what each form meant in plain words. I am not great with online stuff, so the step by step guidance mattered. The only issue was I got confused on one question and had to ask twice before it clicked. Still, I felt more confident sending it in, even if I made a couple small mistakes at frist.

Frustrating to get started at all. I tried to set up the fuel card activity checks, but I kept getting lost and could not tell if anything was actually working. The alerts were confusing to me, and I did not trust what I was seeing. When I went back to the reporting area, it felt like too many tabs with no clear path. I may be missing something, but it just wasnt easy to use.

The screens feel like too much at once and I got lost. I even wrote down notes and still couldnt repeat the steps. For me it was frusterating and not beginner friendly.

Sometimes the pages load a little slow on my phone, and I fat finger the buttons now and then. Still, it’s pretty easy once you do it a couple times.
