Frustrating logins more than anything. I keep having to reset my password and it wont always accept the new one right away. When I am out on the road that is a real pain. I just want to get in and check the shipment, but it feels like a fight. Maybe it is me, but it happens alot.

Disappointing when trying to book. I found a load that looked right, but the details felt confusing once I got into it. I kept second guessing if I was looking at the right info for the route and rate. I am not super good with these sites, so maybe it is me, but it should be clearer. After a bit I gave up, wich was frustrating.
Nice and simple on my phone. I am not super techy, but I can still look up loads and use the filters without getting lost. The alerts are handy when I am driving, even if they pop up a little too much sometimes. I wish the screens were a bit clearer, but it works ok for me. Overall I feel comforable using it day to day.
Super helpful for seeing updates. I like that I can check pickup and drop status without calling around. The real time info is clear enough for me, even though I am not super techy. Once in a while the page takes a bit to refresh, but it still works. Overall it makes tracking feel less stressfull.
