Surprisingly simple for booking. I’m not great with tech, but I can still find the loads and click through without getting stuck. The shipment details are readable, which I like. Sometimes the pages load a little slow on my phone, and I fat finger the buttons now and then. Still, it’s pretty easy once you do it a couple times.
It is okay, not amazing. I like being able to see shipment details, but I keep mising where to click when I need to update a stop. I am probly just not used to it yet.
Booking loads is pleasantly simple. I can see what is available and commit to it without feeling lost in menus. I do wish the text was larger, but I can work with it.
Document submission is more difficult than it should be. I attempted to upload paperwork and was not confident it actually submitted correctly. The process lacks clear confirmation for someone not comfortable with technology.
