Pretty good for keeping things under control. I set a spending cap and it helps me feel better about drivers not buying extra stuff. The transaction details are there, even if I have to click around a little. I’m not great with this tech stuff, but I can still find what I need. The only thing is the loyalty points part is a bit confusng to me.
Decent reporting, but not always clear. I like being able to look back at purchases and see the transaction details without digging around too much. The downside is some entries feel a little hard to interpret at first, so I had to double check what I was looking at. Once I got used to it, it was fine, just not as straightforward as I expected. It works, but it takes a bit of patience.
Good visibility into each fuel stop. I like that the transaction info is detailed enough to spot odd purchases without cross checking paper receipts. The spending controls are granular, which makes me more comfortable handing cards out. I do wish the reports exported a little cleaner for my bookkeeping. Still, it’s been reliable day to day when I’m reviewing charges.
Feels pretty straightforward to use. I like having the card for fuel and not messin with receipts as much. The rewards are nice, even if I dont totally get how they add up.
