Tracking is helpful, but confusing at first. I like seeing delivery status in one place, since I get lost in different carrier sites. The setup for notifications took me a bit and I kept second guessing what I picked. Some updates came in late for a few shipments, or at least it felt like it. It works ok now, just not as simple as I hoped.

Pretty solid, once I found my way around. I use it mostly to check what inventory is sitting in which warehouse, and it does show that clearly. The shipment status screens are helpful, but some labels feel a little too techy for me. It took me a bit to trust what I was seeing, becuase the numbers update fast. Support replies were fine, just not instant.

Really happy with the delivery tracking screen. I can check where orders are without bouncing between different tabs, which I like. It took me a bit to understand what I was looking at, but once it clicked it was easy enuf. The updates show up quick most of the time. Only thing is I wish the wording was a little clearer for me.

Really happy with the alert settings. I set my own temp ranges and it pings me when the reefer starts wandering, which keeps me from guessing. I am not very techy, but the basics were easy once I got in. The only thing is the first login was confusin and I fat fingered the code twice. After that, it has been steady for me.

Frustrating alerts that do not help. I kept getting automated notifications that did not match what we were seeing on the trailers. When I tried to sort it out, the dashboard wording was confusing for me. I do not mind learning new tools, but this felt like guessing. Maybe it works better for others, but I could not get comfortable with it and it was anoying.

Good visibility once it is set up. I mostly care about where the trailers are, and it shows me that without a bunch of extra steps. The info is easy to read even if you are not super techy. I did get confused on the first setup screen, it wasnt very clear. After that, it has been steady for us.

I trust the trailer status more than I expected. When a door event shows up, it matches what our yard is seeing most of the time. I am not great with tech, but the alerts are simple enough to read. The only issue is I sometimes miss a small change because the wording is a little vauge. Still, it keeps me calmer on high value loads. I just wish the same message came through more consistently.

Helpful, but took me a bit to learn. I like that I can see the dock status updates without calling, and it cuts down on the guessing. The screens are mostly clear, but some parts feel a little clutterd. I wish the first login walkthru was simpler. Still, once I got it set, it works ok.

Gate process feels a lot smoother. When we pull in, I can check in and see that we are actually logged, instead of wondering if the guard wrote it down right. I am not very techy and it still made sense after a couple tries. The status notes are helpful, but a few messages look a bit too short and I wasnt sure what they meant. Overall I like having that one place to confirm we are in the system.

Surprisingly easy to understand day to day. I mainly care about seeing the shipment progress without digging around, and I can usually find it right away. The tracking page looks like it belongs to our store, which I like. I did have to read the labels twice at first, they were a bit wordy. Still, once I got used to it, I felt comfortable checking it when customers asked. I wish the date estimate was a touch clearer, but it is alright.

Pretty easy for me to follow. I mostly care about the branded tracking page, and ours looks good without much fiddling. I can send one link and not worry about which carrier handled it. Sometimes I get a little confused by the different status names, but I can usually figure it out. Setup took me a bit, probly my fault, but once it was done it was fine.
