Feels good for route planning. I set up the stops and the drivers follow it without me having to explain much. The order of stops is clear on the phone, which I like. I did mess up a route the first time, my bad, and it took me a bit to fix it. After that, it was pretty straitforward.

Taking pics right in the app felt natural and I did not have to redo anything. The time and location info being attached is realy nice for peace of mind. Only thing is I wish the buttons were a little bigger sometimes.
Honestly, the alerting is a big win. I am not super techy, but I can read the warning messages and know when something is drifting off plan. The wording is mostly clear, though a couple alerts felt vauge. Once I got used to it, I trusted it more day to day. I just wish the first setup screens were less confusin.
Pretty good once it is running. I can see where our stuff is without digging around too much, which I like. Getting the first devices connected was kinda confusing for me and I had to retry it a few times. The location updates are clear, but the menus still feel a bit busy. Support did answer, just not super fast for my question.
Pretty helpful once its running. I like seeing the trucks move in real time and it keeps me from guessing. But the setup took me longer than it shoud, and I had to retry a couple steps. The screens can be a bit busy for me. Support answered, just not as quick as I hoped.
Pretty easy to get proof of delivery. I can snap the delivery info and it shows up right away for us to review. The steps are simple and I did not have to ask anyone how to do it. Only thing is the camera screen felt a little wierd the first day. After that it was fine and I like having it all in one spot.
Really like the live driver view. I am not super techy, but I can still see where the truck is and what stop they are on. The ETAs are mostly spot on for our customers. Sometimes I have to click around to find the status I want, which is a little confusng. Still, it keeps me in the loop without needing extra steps.
Decent tracking, but not always clear. I can see updates on returns, which helps me feel less in the dark. But sometimes the status wording is confusing and I am not sure what step it means. I also had a couple updates show up late, wich made me second guess it. It works, just needs clearer messages.
Keeps me in the loop on returns. I can see return shipments with status updates that make sense, and I do not have to wonder if it moved or not. The notifications come through in a steady way, which I like even if they can feel a little repetative. I am not very techy, but I can still check the progress without much trouble. It is not perfect, but it does what I need for return visibility.
Pretty solid tracking, mostly easy to follow. I like being able to see shipment updates without digging through a bunch of screens. The status language is simple enough for me, even if I am not super techy. One thing that tripped me up was how some updates show up slightly diffrent depending on the carrier. Still, day to day it feels reliable.
Pretty solid for tracking updates. I like having shipment status in one place so I do not have to jump between carrier pages. The notifications are helpful, but I wish the wording was a little clearer for me. It took me a bit to figure out where to find the latest scan details, but once I did it was fine. Overall I am happy with it, just a little confusin at first.
Really like having everything in one dashboard. I can check different carrier rates before I print a label, which keeps me from guessing. The tracking view is clear enough for me, even though I am not super techy. Branded updates look nice when customers ask what is going on. Only thing is the first setup had me a little confusd.
