Pretty good once it is running. I can see where our stuff is without digging around too much, which I like. Getting the first devices connected was kinda confusing for me and I had to retry it a few times. The location updates are clear, but the menus still feel a bit busy. Support did answer, just not super fast for my question.
Clean dashboards and easy to read. I can pull up where our assets are and the status without digging through a bunch of screens. The layout makes sense on a normal workday, and I do not feel like I need a training class. The only nit is it takes a few clicks to get to the view I use most. Overall I am comfortable using it daily.
Pretty happy with the alerts so far. I set it up and now I get a ping when somethin changes, which is nice. The menus still confuse me a litle.
