Decent tracking, but not always clear. I can see updates on returns, which helps me feel less in the dark. But sometimes the status wording is confusing and I am not sure what step it means. I also had a couple updates show up late, wich made me second guess it. It works, just needs clearer messages.
Love the box free drop offs. We started pointing customers to the drop off points and it just feels easier for everyone. I had one location question at first, but after that it was smooth.
