Really like the live driver view. I am not super techy, but I can still see where the truck is and what stop they are on. The ETAs are mostly spot on for our customers. Sometimes I have to click around to find the status I want, which is a little confusng. Still, it keeps me in the loop without needing extra steps.
Honestly, the status updates are my favorite part. I like checking in and seeing delivery progress without texting drivers all day. Once we started using it, it just felt easier to stay on the same page.
