Honestly, the status updates are my favorite part. I like checking in and seeing delivery progress without texting drivers all day. Once we started using it, it just felt easier to stay on the same page.

Solid live tracking overall. I can glance at it and know where the truck is without digging around.

Fairly useful, but not very intuitive. I can see driver progress in real time, which is helpful, yet I had trouble understanding what the status updates meant at first. I wish the screens were simpler for someone who is not very technical.
