Really easy to see where drivers are. I like opening the map and getting a clear view without digging through menus. The live status updates are also nice so I can tell if a stop is still pending or already done. Setting up the first few tasks took me a minute, and I clicked the wrong thing a couple times. Once it was going, it felt pretty simple to keep up with.
Honestly, the driver tracking is nice. I can pull it up and get a quick sense of where everyone is without digging around. Only gripe is it takes a little time to get used to the layout.
Frustrating notifications for customers. We tried using the proactive updates, but the message timing did not line up with what was happening in the field. I had to babysit it more than I expected, and that defeated the point for us.
Works, but the app is confusing. I can see the job status and basic updates, which is good. Still, I struggle to find what I need on the screen without help, and the learning curve feels steep for non tech users.
