Integration went more smoothly than anticipated. We were able to get the captured shipment details into our warehouse and transportation systems without a lot of back and forth. Documentation could be clearer in a couple spots.

Setup was more frustrating than expected. We ran into inconsistent readings during the initial rollout, and I could not tell what was misconfigured. I wanted clearer guidance for getting the tracking reliable from day one.
Decent dispatch view, but not perfect. I like having the driver locations in one dashboard, yet the routing suggestions sometimes need manual tweaks. Overall it is usable, just not as polished as I expected.
