Fairly simple to get started. I was able to set up shipments quickly, though I found the first-time flow slightly confusing.

Pretty decent notifications, honestly. I like getting the delivery pings, but I wish they were a little more customizable.

Super easy label creation. I can get a label made and move on.

Clear tracking updates, and I appreciate that. I can check delivery status without digging around, although the screens feel a bit busy to me.
