A dependable way to capture proof of delivery. We have been able to record the POD event in the app without much trouble. My only complaint is that the buttons feel small on a phone screen.

Reliable status tracking day to day. We can monitor vehicles and shipments without much confusion. The reporting screens could be clearer, but the execution view is strong.
Reliable ETAs for multi stop work. We use it to keep arrival times consistent across dispatch and our internal tools, and it has been dependable. Integration took some coordination on our side, but it was manageable.
