Generally dependable for western deliveries. We use it for regional parcel moves, and I find the ground transit speed consistent within that area. The only drawback is the coverage does not match our needs outside the West.
Notifications are the part I like most. I set them up for a few recurring shipments and I appreciate getting delivery status changes without constantly checking. The messages are usually clear and easy to understand. Occasionally I get an update later than I want, but it still helps me keep an eye on key packages. Overall it feels dependable for day to day monitoring.
Simple tracking that I can follow. I do not need anything fancy, and I can see where a package is without digging around. The only minor issue is that some updates come later than I expect.
