Sebastian Renner's review of OnTrac
Delivery status updates were not dependable in my experience. I had several shipments where the information did not reflect what was actually happening. That gap makes it hard to communicate confidently.

Notifications are the part I like most. I set them up for a few recurring shipments and I appreciate getting delivery status changes without constantly checking. The messages are usually clear and easy to understand. Occasionally I get an update later than I want, but it still helps me keep an eye on key packages. Overall it feels dependable for day to day monitoring.
Simple tracking that I can follow. I do not need anything fancy, and I can see where a package is without digging around. The only minor issue is that some updates come later than I expect.
Fast ground delivery in the West is the big win. We run a lot of regional parcels, and I like that most shipments move quickly without needing air service. I watch the tracking closely and it usually lines up with what we see in transit. When it does slip, the status can lag behind the real world for a bit. Still, for western routes, I am generally happy with the speed.
