Overall, the communication function was unreliable. I sent messages to dispatch and did not consistently receive confirmations or replies in the app. This created unnecessary uncertainty during runs.

Disappointed with the mobile driver workflow. We experienced inconsistent status updates from the field, which created confusion for our operations team.
Operational dashboards are useful but not intuitive. I can find the numbers I need, yet it takes several clicks and some labels are unclear. Once configured, it is acceptable for routine monitoring.
Disappointing visibility during active trips. I can see trip status, but the updates sometimes lag behind what drivers are actually doing, which makes ETAs feel unreliable. For a real time tool, I expected more consistent timing.
Routing was inconsistent for my equipment. I entered vehicle dimensions, yet it still guided me toward a restricted road near a city delivery. I do not trust it enough for tight areas.
Mostly reliable, but not always consistent. I like how the ETAs stay fairly close when we are running normal multi stop days. Still, I have seen planned vs actual comparisons look off enough that I do not fully trust the report without double checking.

Decent for dispatch messaging. We can keep conversations in one place, but I still find it easy to miss a reply if I am switching between tasks. It works, yet the message flow could be clearer.
Disappointing proof of delivery flow. We repeatedly had issues with signatures and photos not attaching correctly to the completed delivery, and I had to recheck records manually. For day to day operations, that is an unacceptable reliability gap.
