Disappointing reliability in the field. On multiple occasions, I attempted to update a stop status and the change did not appear immediately. This creates uncertainty about whether the update was recorded correctly.
Frustrating to update stop status. I tried to change a stop to completed and it was not obvious to me where that action was. I do not want to hunt through screens while I am working.
Very solid proof of delivery flow. I can capture delivery confirmation quickly and it is clear what was submitted. I would appreciate slightly fewer taps in that screen.
Really clean route view. I can see my assigned route at a glance and keep moving.
