Frustrating to update stop status. I tried to change a stop to completed and it was not obvious to me where that action was. I do not want to hunt through screens while I am working.

Very solid proof of delivery flow. I can capture delivery confirmation quickly and it is clear what was submitted. I would appreciate slightly fewer taps in that screen.

Disappointing navigation reliability overall. I experienced incorrect turn guidance during deliveries, which created avoidable confusion. For a driver app, I expect directions to be consistent.
