Very reliable for shipment visibility. I like having tracking and delivery status in one dashboard without bouncing between carriers. The updates have been consistent for our outbound parcels. My only nit is that I had to poke around a bit to find the view I wanted at first.

Disappointing notification controls. I tried to set customer alerts the way we need them, and the options felt limited and confusing.
Disappointing shipment alerts for our team. We relied on the status updates, but several notifications arrived late or not at all, which undermined confidence. I would not choose it again unless alert reliability improves.
Frustrating shipment status accuracy. I reviewed several orders and the updates were not as current as I expected. For day to day use, I require more consistent, up to date tracking.
