Disappointing when exceptions happen. I rely on it to flag problems in transit, but the status did not always match what was happening on the load. That inconsistency makes follow up harder than it should be.

Not worth the hassle for me. I kept getting mixed up trying to find the current delivery status, and I dont have time to hunt through screens. It felt confusing and I gave up.
