Dependable day to day tracking. We use it to monitor delivery progress in real time, and it has been consistent. I do find the reporting area a bit dense at first glance.

Generally good back office visibility. I appreciate that updates sync quickly, however I have seen occasional delays before the latest status shows up. It is acceptable, but not flawless.
Adequate overall, but not consistent. I appreciate having the delivery proof in one place, yet the reporting view is not as clear as I expected. We can work with it, though it needs refinement.
Disappointing for daily inspections. I kept running into inconsistencies with the GPS and timestamp data in the reports, which made our paperwork look questionable. For a tool centered on documentation, that was frustrating.
