Disappointing tracking accuracy at times. I have seen delivery progress lag behind what we were told elsewhere, which makes me hesitant to trust it. Printing labels is fine, but the status updates are the weak spot for us.
Decent tracking view, but not perfect. I like having the current delivery progress and the older shipment history in one place so I can compare what happened. When the status changes, it is usually clear what it means. But sometimes I have to refresh a couple times before I feel like I am seeing the latest update. For day to day checking, I can work with it, I just wish it felt a bit more immediate.
Really easy to check delivery status. I use it to see where a shipment is without calling anyone.
